WE ARE LOGGED IN!!!!!!! THE LIST GOES OUT TONIGHT!!!!!

Last week we emailed our China Cordinator to check on our Dossier. She said it was in China and that hopefully soon we would get a login date. Login date is the date your file is entered into the CCAA system. Meaning you are able to receive a Referral of a child. The Chinese New Year delayed our paperwork a little since they are closed for over a week. We knew that this could possibly push back the new Special Needs list coming out also. The Special Needs list is a list of all the children that are eligible for adoption. Our CC searches this list to find a child that meets our needs. The January list was out on the 18th so we were told that the next list would come out 4-5 weeks later plus any delays due to the Chinese New Year. Today our China Cordinator called to say the list was coming out TONIGHT. We still did not know if our file was logged in so we were left wondering if we would miss the list tonight and have to wait for the next list. So our CC called China when their offices opened and found out WE ARE LOGGED IN!!!! The list started coming out at 8:00 tonight. They add 25-30 names every so often and it usually ends around 11:00. Our CC will match us with a child and send us the referral. We have 72 hours to review her file and decide if we would like to pursue an adoption. We are going to have Dr. Chambers at the International Adoption Clinic review the file and give her recommendation. So we possibly could see our sweet little girl's face tonight. Brian and I are so excited, nervous, cautious...just to name a few. We are sitting here waiting.....
