We got it!

My inquiry regarding the NVC letter was replied to with a copy of the NVC letter. I forwarded it to our CC, she will forward to our agency's contact in China. They have requested it twice so I am assuming they are ready and waiting to take our paperwork to the Embassy. Now we will wait for our Article 5 then Travel Approval :)
